Gian Franco is also a comedian, writer, and director. He possesses style, joy of living and passion, precision, efficiency, and reliability, and the American mindset of professionalism, know-how, and hard work ethic with a super positive mindset where the answer is "yes", let's do it! Mr. Spin (Gian Franco Tordi), an over the top eccentric, hyper, impatient, and impulsive Mystery Shopper, is accompanied by his loyal and patient assistant Ravi (Raphael Wiedemann) as they arrive in St. Moritz to quality check the best 5-star Hotel in Switzerland. In the London office, Jackie (Claudia Aerni), the office manager of the very successful "Mystery Stars" company, is in constant contact with Mr. Spin and Ravi to be of assistance and to receive insight for her daily reports. Affected by a mild ADHD disorder, Mr. Spin's outstanding work reputation and unconventional approaches, which are influenced by his passions, make the Hotel quality check and the keeping of the 5-star ranking a more difficult task.
