Gian Franco Tordi is an actor, writer, director, and producer based in Los Angeles, California. His career spans more than 150 productions across film, television, theater, and new media. After studying film and theater at UCLA and completing additional training through New Media programs, the New York Film Academy, and advanced Hollywood workshops, he began his career in theater and stand-up comedy before transitioning into film and television.
Tordi has also worked in stunt performance, specializing in speed and precision driving for action sequences. In addition to acting, he has written, produced, and directed numerous short films for international automotive and lifestyle events, as well as children’s productions. Earlier in his career, he worked on the production teams for the international television franchises Big Brother and The Amazing Race.
His acting credits include appearances in Ford v Ferrari, Lamborghini: The Man Behind the Legend, Loot, and National Lampoon’s Hollywood Hustle. Among his current projects is LAS CLEVS, a historical action-adventure mystery he originally wrote as a screenplay and later expanded into a novel.

Mr. Spin (Gian Franco Tordi), an over the top eccentric, hyper, impatient, and impulsive Mystery Shopper, is accompanied by his loyal and patient assistant Ravi (Raphael Wiedemann) as they arrive in St. Moritz to quality check the best 5-star Hotel in Switzerland. In the London office, Jackie (Claudia Aerni), the office manager of the very successful "Mystery Stars" company, is in constant contact with Mr. Spin and Ravi to be of assistance and to receive insight for her daily reports. Affected by a mild ADHD disorder, Mr. Spin's outstanding work reputation and unconventional approaches, which are influenced by his passions, make the Hotel quality check and the keeping of the 5-star ranking a more difficult task.
